Abou Youssef Fresh

Abou Youssef Fresh is a renowned family business that began in 2000 in Beirut, specifically in Karakol Al Dourouz. The company started with a mission to provide high-quality fresh fruits and vegetables to the local community, earning a reputation for delivering fresh, healthy produce to its customers.

In 2008, Abou Youssef expanded its horizons by opening Abou Youssef Fresh Juice, located in the same Karakol Al Dourouz area. This new venture added freshly squeezed juices to the menu, offering customers a variety of nutritious and refreshing drink options made from the best fruits and ingredients.

As the business continued to grow, in 2018, Abou Youssef took another significant step and opened Abou Youssef Ayam Zaman. This branch, also in Karakol Al Dourouz, focused on traditional Lebanese "moune," which includes a wide variety of dried goods, preserved items, and other specialty products that are part of Lebanon's rich culinary heritage.

In 2024, Abou Youssef took his business to the next level with the opening of a large branch on Saeb Salam Street in Mazraa, Beirut. This new location combines all of the previous offerings under one roof, providing an extensive selection of fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh juices, and Lebanese moune products, creating a one-stop shop for all things fresh and traditional.

أبو يوسف فريش هو مشروع عائلي معروف بدأ في عام 2000 في بيروت، وتحديداً في منطقة كركول الدروز. بدأ المشروع بهدف توفير الفواكه والخضروات الطازجة عالية الجودة للمجتمع المحلي، مما أكسبه سمعة طيبة في تقديم منتجات طازجة وصحية لعملائه

في عام 2008، توسع أبو يوسف ليشمل فتح أبو يوسف فريش جوس في نفس منطقة كركول الدروز. وقدمت هذه المبادرة الجديدة عصائر طازجة من الفواكه، حيث أصبح بإمكان العملاء الاستمتاع بمشروبات صحية ومنعشة مصنوعة من أفضل الفواكه والمكونات

ومع استمرار نمو العمل، في عام 2018، اتخذ أبو يوسف خطوة مهمة أخرى وافتتح أبو يوسف أيام زمان. هذا الفرع، الذي يقع أيضاً في كركول الدروز، كان متخصصاً في تقديم "المونة" اللبنانية التقليدية التي تشمل مجموعة واسعة من المواد المجففة والمحفوظة والمنتجات الخاصة التي تشكل جزءاً من التراث الطهي اللبناني

في عام 2024، ارتقى أبو يوسف بأعماله إلى مستوى جديد من خلال افتتاح فرع كبير في شارع صائب سلام في المزرعة، بيروت. يجمع هذا الموقع الجديد بين جميع العروض السابقة تحت سقف واحد، حيث يوفر تشكيلة واسعة من الفواكه والخضروات الطازجة، والعصائر الطازجة، ومنتجات المونة اللبنانية، ليصبح مكاناً واحداً للمنتجات الطازجة والتقليدية
